We have done a lot of projects in the past and we are still doing more. Here is the overview of our few past projects. We are proud of our work and we are happy to share it with you.
The project was to produce 9,000 CMD and was constructed in 90 days. Also, plant was designed to operate and maintain production with:
Variable pressures: Brine (reject) to be returned to pressurized (20bar) system, product is to be delivered to pressurized (15 bar system. Also, to outstand a 50 Bar surge pressure.
Limitation in space (client site).
High salinity seawater (TDS>50,000ppm), and uncertainty in feedwater quality
Consists of three skids (Standard 40’ Container), and each produces a capacity of 3,000 M3/day. The Containerized skids work as building blocks for the final size required at site.
Skdis designed to receive high pressure influent (20 Bar) and the maximum surge pressure is 50 Bar.
NF Skid contains all main equipment (Pre-Treatment Unit, NF Elements, HP Pumps, Dosing Pumps, and Control Panel).
kid #4 has the Low-Sulfate Product pumps to boost the lowpressure product to 15 bar per client requirement.
The Modular skids represent a complete plant for use in off-shore, remote areas, and limited spaces.
The project was to Build, Own, and Operate Industrial Wastewater Treatment Skids with a capacity of 250 CMD at Jauymah, Saudi Arabia.
Oil Seperator and Dissolved Air Flotation.
Flocculator Equipment: to increase DAF efficiency and performance.
UV/UF for higher Filtration.
Sand Filter / Activated Carbon Filter.
5 Chemical Dosing Units.
MBBR Unit (with special bacteria for this type of wastewater).
The project was to build 2 x 500 CMD MBBR Plants for King Fahad Causeway sanitary wastewater (in both Saudi and Bahrain sides). For these plants, unique technologies and equipment have been utilized to provide the highest capacity and quality within a small foot-print.
Pre-treatment Unit: In this first stage of process, screens and vertical screw screens are used to remove floating and settleable coarse materials.
Odor Control: Activated Carbon Filter is used control odor and prevent damage to health and discomfort caused by malodor.
MBBR Packaged Plants: On site installation of our package plants requires only a short time with minimum civil work, piping and cabling. It is easy to extend with additional units and can be moved to any other location.
ludge Treatment: As per client's request, Slude Dewatering Bags are used for this project.
The project was to build, Own, and Operate a 160 CMD Portable Sanitary Treatment Plant (On Wheels) at SWCC Site in Yanbu. The Extended Aeration Technology is used with Sand Filters to maintain a high quality effluent.
