What we do (and don't do) with your data.

Short version: we don't track you and we don't set cookies. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send via the contact form — and we only use it to reply to you.

1. Who we are

Water Technology Company ("Water Tech.", "we", "us") is a Saudi-Arabian water engineering company based in Dammam 3rd Industrial City, Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This privacy notice covers the website at w-tech.sa.

2. What data the website collects

The website is a marketing brochure with one interactive entry point: the contact form on contact.html. When you submit that form we receive the fields you filled in:

  • First and last name
  • Business email address
  • Phone number
  • Free-text project description
  • Inquiry type (general inquiry, sales/procurement, or career)
  • An optional PDF you choose to attach

The site itself does not use cookies, fingerprinting, third-party analytics, advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, social-media widgets, or session storage. There are no cookie banners because there is nothing to consent to.

3. Where your data goes

Submissions are routed through formsubmit.co, a third-party form-relay service, and delivered to one of three Water Tech. mailboxes:

  • info@w-tech.sa — general inquiries
  • sales@w-tech.sa — procurement & sales
  • career@w-tech.sa — job applications

formsubmit.co briefly stores the message in transit while it relays the email. See their privacy policy for their own data-handling practices.

4. How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept in our company mailboxes for as long as we need them to respond to your inquiry, fulfil contracts, and satisfy Saudi tax and audit record-keeping requirements (typically 5–10 years for commercial correspondence). You can ask us to delete your records at any time.

5. Third parties this site loads from

The site loads two assets from third-party content-delivery networks:

  • unpkg.com — serves the Lucide icon library. No cookies set; only your IP address and User-Agent are visible to unpkg when fetching the script.
  • Google Maps embed on the contact page — only loaded when you visit that page. Google's privacy policy applies.

Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are all self-hosted on w-tech.sa. The site does not load anything from Google Fonts, Google Analytics, Facebook, or any advertising network.

6. Your rights

You can request:

  • A copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your records, subject to legal retention requirements

Email info@w-tech.sa with your request and we'll reply within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes to this notice

If we change anything material on this page we'll update the "Last updated" date below. Material changes will also be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
